What is Garbage Mountain?

Most importantly, it's a comic strip. Second most importantly, it's a magical fantasy land like Narnia, but with more perverts, probably. Third most importantly, it's a website made up of code and data which is being interpreted by a web browser. Fourth most importantly (read: not very important at all), it's a feeling. What feeling? The panicky feeling you get when you're about 2 minutes away from shitting your pants in front of god and everyone. Fifth most importantly, Garbage Mountain is a big ass pile of trash. Additions to the landfill occur weekly.
